The RPI Mission Statement

"To provide quality ministry training and financial sustainability
training to Africa's rural pastors - WITH DIGNITY"

The RPI Institute

Our educational and inspirational campus is the heartbeat of our ministry and located in Jinga, Uganda. It is the epicenter of pastoral ministry training. We are currently expanding with a new bi-vocational training center to support ministry leaders from remote regions.

Financial Sustainability

The rural Ugandan church is led almost exclusively by pastors who serve bi-vocationally; supporting their families through the limited ministry funds but also raising livestock and taking on small business ventures. We train them to create a sustainable income to support their ministry.

Our Goal: Multiplication

Rural pastors who graduate from the RPI Institute begin to lead the next generation of rural pastors in their local communities. Nothing will stop us from accomplishing our mission - and with your help, we can do it!

Why Rural Uganda?

Close to 70% of Africa’s population (766 million) reside in rural areas.
And 90% of rural pastors never received, and will never be able to receive, quality ministry training.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

words of Jesus from Matthew 28

PRAISE REPORT:
Gate House

This is a picture of the gate built towards the end of last year. We planted the palm trees four years ago when we purchased the land. It's been beautiful watching them grow. Watching them reminds us of the patience God asks of us in our walk with Him.

GOD'S PROVISION YET AGAIN:
New Structure

God is moving!  We’re excited to share that RPI has recently completed construction on a brand new building—home to the goats in our sustainability program!

As our Model Farm continues to grow, so does our understanding of how to raise goats.
