Pastors commit to extensive training in theology, pastoral ministry, and sustainability. Pastors receive a one-year biblical certificate in pastoral studies and are also trained in vocational skills such as poultry, farming, mechanics, etc. Each donation is vital, ensuring that pastors who could never afford this type of education graduate and go on to serve their communities.
